About parking system

Q1.Is the staff member stationed?
A. We changed to checkout method, but staff are stationed during business hours, guidance on receipt · settlement · delivery is done, we are preventing the trouble in the place beforehand.

Q2.Will you keep the keys of the car?
A. We do not keep it.
We may take your deposit only when our staff moves the car after getting full and obtaining your consent.
Q3.Have you ever been moved a car?
A. No,
In the case of Q2, our staff will take responsibility and move safely。
Q4.Is it possible to move in and out after hours?
A. I can not put in and out after hours.
Because it closes at 23 o'clock, please note the return time.
(It is impossible to enter and depart from the office until 7:00 the next morning)
We will respond as much as possible when there is a message in advance.

About parking car available

Q1.Is there a car height of 2.3 m but can I park?
A. Parking is possible.
You can pass through the car up to 3.7 meters high.
Only a vehicle up to 2.1 m in height can be put in a multi-level parking lot.
Q2.Can I park the bus?
A. Previously it was possible, but now you can only use the medium size bus size.

Q3.Left hand drive car is difficult to pick up parking ticket

Q4.I am going to a partner, can I park my bicycle / bike?
A. Bicycle parking is possible.

A. We accept reservations when using more than 5 cars or tall car (bus / panel truck etc) special case.

About parking, payment and delivery

Q1.Is there a disabled space?
A. I am sorry but I do not have anything in particular.
Except when crowded, we have secured a wider area with flat parking lots.
We will respond as much as possible when we talk to the staff.
Q2.I am not good at backing, can you change driving?
A. Please tell the staff in the site.
We will safely move on the spot and we will return the car's key.
Q3.I'd like to keep my pet in the car, but can I specify a shade for parking place?
A. If you tell an attendant, we will deal with it as far as we can.
Q4.There is loading / unloading of luggage, I would like to park on the plane close to the entrance.

Q5.How can I get a discount coupon at a partner?
A. First of all, please check whether there is a tie-up, shop holidays, full seats, standards for issuing discount tickets etc.
